About Us

Supporting People to Achieve Maximum Independence

Comfort Care Services is a sector-leading provider with over 38 years of experience in providing high-quality social care support to vulnerable adults who are:
  • Aged 18 and above, including older adults, with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.
  • Ready to be discharged from mental health wards.
  • Experiencing a mental health or social crisis.
  • Being referred privately by GPs or families.
We conduct comprehensive assessments and ensure we have all the necessary information to meet the individual’s needs, including their views and wishes, to help develop a personalised care plan.
Support is then delivered through our highly trained staff members, who work closely with the people we support and the relevant stakeholders to reinforce our person-centred approach.
We also work in partnership with CCS Homecare Services, which delivers regulated care within supported living, extra care, domiciliary care, and reablement services. Please see below for further details on the types of care we provide.
